1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You may not use another person's account without permission. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Community Standards
Divine Rightly is a respectful spiritual community. You agree not to harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other members. You will not post hate speech, discriminatory content, or content that demeans any faith, spiritual path, gender, or background. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
4. Spiritual Content Disclaimer
Astrological charts, natal readings, spiritual guidance, and practitioner sessions provided through the Platform are for entertainment and personal growth purposes only. They do not constitute medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Divine Rightly makes no guarantees about the accuracy of spiritual readings.
5. Auction Terms
All auction bids are binding commitments. If you win an auction, you are legally obligated to complete the purchase. A credit card hold may be required to participate. Failure to pay will result in account suspension and may incur fees.
6. Privacy Policy
We collect: account information (name, email, username), birth data (for natal charts, stored securely), IP addresses and device data (for security and legal compliance), payment information (processed by Stripe, not stored by us), and usage data (for improving the Platform).
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Your spiritual preferences and faith data are stored securely and used only to personalize your experience. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support.
7. Legal Acceptance Logging
By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that your IP address, device information, timestamp, and acceptance method are permanently logged and associated with your account for legal compliance. This log is maintained for the duration of your active account and for 7 years after closure as required by applicable law.
8. Intellectual Property
Content you post on Divine Rightly remains yours. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the Platform. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Divine Rightly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. You will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
